SARCDA Trade Expo (23 - 26 Aug '18)

It was the greatest pleasure to be part of the SARCDA Trade exhibition 2018 at Gallagher Estate in Johannesburg.  I had the honor to work with Heather Boting, Interior designer, stylist and visual consultant that created a spectacular space for us to showcase our Turkish Towels and throws in.

The accent wall painted in an eye catching dark Teal with our The Cotton Company logo on and a row of 100% Cotton Turkish Towels greeted you as you came around the corner and who could resist touching these natural textiles woven with care by our family of traditional weavers in Turkey.

We had the opportunity to launch our new Handwoven cotton and linen collection and also a few bits of our Summer collection and then the long anticipated robe collection.

I met so many amazing people and loved sharing my story and how The Cotton Company started when we still lived in Istanbul.  With pride I could talk about our family of weavers that we work closely with to produce Turkish Towels with a fresh, modern look and original quality.

I met Debbie, who received our very first online order and had to give her a hug as we’ve come so far since that first order went out.  I had the opportunity to meet more of our retailers face to face and chat about what works in their shop and how we can help them too.

I loved meeting each and every one of you.  Listening to ideas on style and colours for our next collection and working with you to create exclusive collections.

For those who couldn’t be there, you are welcome to get in touch with us and we can send you our brochure and price list.  Summer is coming and it’s time to stock up. Why not get something unique and special for this Summer?
