All our local orders are shipped via Door-to Door Courier.
Our aim is for your Turkish towels to be delivered in 3 – 5 working days via our courier. During Covid-19 deliveries may take a bit longer. We thank you for your support and patience.
Wholesale order delivery will be for the clients account. Shipping will be quoted on the final invoice.
Yes, we ship internationally! At a flat rate shipping of $32 (about R550). We are happy to say we use International shipping specialists, DHL Express to get your parcel safely to you within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.
A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.
Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. No returns on international orders. Please contact us at email@example.com for any queries.
Your satisfaction is important for us. We hope that you are 100% happy with your Turkish Towel and your experience. In case you are not, you may return or exchange unused items within 14 days of purchase together with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to The Cotton Company of all returns. A full refund, less the original delivery costs, or if chosen by the customer, an exchange, will be given once we have received the parcel.
Returns received after 14 days up to 30 days will be given credit and you can use it with us online. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
We do not accept returns on sales items.
